Question: How long does shipping take?
Answer: Shipping varies on where you live. If you live in a city or large town it can take anywhere from 2-6 business days to receive your order. If you live in a more rural community it can take 2-10 business days. We use the fastest and most cost-effective shipping we can to get your order to you.
Question: How do I claim my 10% discount?
Answer: In your cart click/press on "GOVX ID" and it will ask you to create and account with GovX. Once you have created an account you will be asked to submit your military or first responder ID. Question: Can I track my order?
Answer: Yes, as soon as we have processed your order you will get an email that contains a tracking link. All shipping updates will be available through the tracking link.
Question: How often do you restock popular items?
Answer: We try to keep our popular items in stock at all times. If we receive multiple requests for the same item, it is likely that item will be restocked quickly. We want to keep our shop in stock the best we can but we also focus on bringing out new designs for our customers.
Question: Do you have any in-person pickup options?
Answer: As of right now we do not offer and in-person pickup options. Some of our apparel can be found at DS Tactical, located in New Westminster.
Question: What is your return or exchange policy?
Answer: We offer a full refund if you choose to return an item within 30 days of receiving it. We will then send over a shipping label for you to print off. It is then your responsibility to send us the product back.
If the product you ordered doesn't fit we offer exchanges within 30 days of receiving the item. Please reach out to us with what size or design you would like to exchange for. If we do not have that specific item or size in-stock we will offer and alternative, or we will notify you when that specific item is back in stock.
Question: What if my item is damaged upon arrival?
Answer: If the product you ordered arrives and is damaged please contact us through either DM on Instagram or by email and let us know. We will ask for proof and if the item is confirmed to be damaged we will offer a full refund for your order.
Question: Are all your shirts men's sized?
Answer: As of right now all of our products are unisex! To find the best size for you please refer to the size charts under any of our products.
