Exchange Policy

Thank you for considering our exchange policy. We want to make sure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Please read the following guidelines regarding our exchange policy:

We do not offer refunds, only exchanges. If you receive a product that is not defective but would like to exchange it for a different size or color, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product to initiate the exchange process.
    • For exchanges, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. Please double-check your order before placing it to ensure you are ordering the correct item.
    • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team. We will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back for an exchange. Please ensure the item is in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it.
    • Please note that we cannot guarantee that the product you want to exchange for will be in stock. If it is out of stock, we will offer you an exchange for a similar product of equal value.
    Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any exchanges that do not comply with our policy. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for any shipping fees associated with exchanging the product. Once we receive the product, we will process the exchange within 5-7 business days.
